The next Wiltshire wedding to be photographed in 2014 was the lovely Mr & Mrs Barnwell-Bowles. Their special day took place at the gorgeous Stanton House Hotel in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is the second time I have photographed at this venue and the grounds make such beautiful backdrops for wedding portraits.
I was with Sarah right from the start of her day capturing the build-up to the wonderful ceremony. This is my favourite part of the day to photograph, recording all the small details of the bridal jewellery, dress, flowers and the excitement (and nerves!) of the soon to be bride. I also got to work along the lovely Stacey from Updoo again, it’s always a pleasure making friends in the industry and Stacey is both highly talented and a lovely person (you can also check her out on Facebook here).
Once the vows had been exchanged in a emotionally charged ceremony, the Bride and Groom had a special surprise for their guest with some beautiful birds of prey. We then headed off for some quiet time away from the guest for the all important Bride and Groom Portraits. This small amount of time away from your guests allows you to slow down and take in the day while capturing some gorgeous memories. This is often the only time you will get alone together before it’s all over!
Cassie was our photographer for our beautiful wedding at Stanton House Hotel on Saturday 6th September. We cannot stop looking at the beautiful photos she took throughout the day- absolutely amazing! Cassie made us both feel relaxed from the onset- she was far from intrusive and this shows in the shots she has taken-some we didn’t even realise she had taken.
Couldn’t have asked for a better photographer and would highly recommend to others.
Thanks sooooo much!

Once again, it was an absolute pleasure to photograph your special day. I am so privileged to be able to do what I love at the same time as pleasing others.
