How do I choose a Wedding photographer?

We understand there is a lot of choice out there, the most important thing we believe is that you truly love the photographers images and style of photography (Have you checked out our wedding gallery?). After all, those memories will only be created once so we urge you to choose a photographer based on their portfolio and not their price.

When should I book my Wedding photography?

It is best to book with us as soon as you have your Wedding date and venue confirmed. This is usually around 12 months before you Wedding day and helps avoid disappointment as dates get booked up very quickly. Should you require a photographer last minute, please do get in touch and we can check our schedule for you.

Do you travel?

We travel up to 75 miles from SN25 as part of your wedding package. We can certainly travel further though additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile return.

How long until we can see our images after the Wedding Day?

You will receive a few ‘sneak peek’ images from your day a few days after the date which will feature on our Facebook page and blog if requested. Your full set of images will be ready for you usually within 4-6 weeks of you Wedding date.

Do we receive a USB of our images?

Yes you will receive 250 digital images from your day on a custom keepsake USB folio. This comes in it’s very own custom box for safe-keeping. Whilst copyright of the images remains with the photographer, you will receive a printing release which allows you to create your own prints, canvases, albums and much more.

Do you offer discounts for weekday weddings?

Our most popular dates for Weddings are of course weekends. Although weekday dates are more rare, the same amount of time and effort is put into our photography, therefore we do not offer discounts.

If someone else enquires for the same Wedding date, will you contact us?

Your wedding date is only secure once your deposit has been paid and contract has been signed. Unfortunately we cannot hold dates and bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.

What if we cancel our Wedding?

If you need to cancel your Wedding day you will need to let us know in writing as soon as possible. In cases where the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable unless the date can be filled. If you are wishing to re-schedule your Wedding date we can arrange to transfer your money to another date should it be free.

What if the Photographer was ill/ was in an accident?

If in the unfortunate circumstances, we could not make it on your wedding day due to ill health or circumstances beyond our control, we would make every effort to find a suitable replacement of the same skill and style to capture the images from your day. We also have professional indemnity insurance should the worst happen.

How long will you be there on the day?

We have made our package hassle-free meaning you will not have to count down the hours on the clock on the day. We cover from bridal preps to the first dance, no matter what time they take place meaning you can relax and enjoy your day knowing everything is covered.

Will you meet with us before the Wedding date?

Yes, we believe in giving you a personal experience and will meet with you on two occasions (more if you need us to!). Once at your pre-wedding consultation to discuss your needs and go through our wedding procedures and contract. We will also meet with you again a month  before you wedding date for a more in depth conversation and finalise your plans for the day.

Are you insured?

Yes we have both professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance to give you peace of mind.
